At their first public aprearJncc the Senior High Chorus follows Mrs. Sa"')'er's dirroions closel)·. Senior eltorus Members of the senior high chorus found it pleasant to sing and work under their new sponsor, Mrs. Virginia Sa·wyer. Sopho– mores and juniors who were permitted to join the choir added the much needed resonance to the group. On October 27, at "Open House" the Glee Club made its first public appearance. They sang, "Commit Thy Ways Unto Him" and "May the Lord Bless You and Keep You." Celebrating the yuletide season, the vocal group caroled at the school assembly, the Fayette County Home, and Uniontown and Browns,·ille hospitals. Dennis Johnson and Holly Jamison represented Redstone at the Western Pennsylvania District Chorus at Bethel Park Senior High School. Thirteen members participated in the Fayette County Chorus at Connellsville High School. After they presented a Spring Concert, the seniors practiced commencement numbers earnestly. Accompanied by Eloise Dickin– son, the chorus experienced success. BOTIOM ROW: Mn.
