John Ducar. Bernard Sle-Lak, Janet Lane. J!iolof!!l Club Under the E:uidance of Mrs. Johanna Gaggaani, forty ambitious biology students supplemented their knowledge concerning the science of life. Mixing fri\'olity with learn– ing, these biologists concentrated upon "arious study proj– ects. In October the club launched its initial experiment, forc– ing flowers to bloom. During the winter the balancing of .1n aquarium enabled the students to utilize .1nd clarify their knowledge of aquatic life. In May Mrs. Gaggiani ~eduled a field trip to obsen·e nati"e ornithology and foliage in Cooper's Rock Park. Book reports :md indi,·idual projects presented by the members were topics of discussion at club meetings. Using the profits realized from the pbnt sale, dances and skatin,g parties, the Biology Club purchased a science chart for the school and contributed to the fund for new stage curtains.
