Commercial Club Courtesy is an essential part of the foundation upon which a successful business career is built. Mrs. Gallagher, Commer– cial Club sponsor, stresses this continuously to all members. Willing to aid teachers and administrators, the members acted as guides on Patrons' Day. Adept in the stenographic field, the group lends a helping hand, especially any typing that must be done. At regular monthly meetings, the students enjoyed talks presented by business college representatives. Newly elected officers readily learne<'J to conduct the meetings according to parliamentary rules. In recognition of their services, each member received a club pin. Socially: the "Mistle Toe" dance in January, the Spring Fes– tival, and a Smorgasbord in April, combination style and beauty show, gave the group an opportunity to form strong friend– ships. Office practice students, members of the Commercial Club, type from dictabelt tapes- just a sample of what they will encounter in the near future. Bill Petko and Geraldine Trush assume the roles of employer and secretary. "Make a carbon of this Ieifer," instructs 8111.
