r ,.., ~-r ~ .!) r; }-, JRJ-J-JJ-Y The Beta Tri-Hi-Y Club is an organization open to all seventh, eighth and ninth grade girls, composed of fift,y members. The club purpose is "To create, maintain, and extend throughout the school and oonmruni ty high a tandards of Christian character. 11 Each Christmas the members present a program and give gifts for the children at the Childrens Aid Home. Other projects include the Mother and Daughter Banquet, an eight weeks study course in "Teen Topics" and the management of a check room at school affairs. The work ot the year was conducted through the following com– mittees: PROGRAM- Chairman- Dolores Jamison, Barbara Golembesky, Betty Jano, Carol Montgomery, Emma Lamberson; PUBLICITY - Chairman– Patty Growden, Sally Antenucci, Shirley Trent, Mary Guillen; CHECK– ING - Jean Mostoller, Nara Benne; DECORATION and CLEAN-UP - Chair– man - Vietta Trent, Ina Lee Weigle, Gloria Horner, Bonnie Shaffer, Jacqueline Harmon; SONG LEADER - Shirlee Landsman.
