riua and Sis Crowned Jlomecoming Queens The long-awaited moment arrived! A hushed expectancy crept over the crowd as they awaited the de– cision. Tina Croxton and Sis Wood were crowned Homecoming Queens by Mr. Starnes and Mr. Stutts. Senior players choose the Homecoming sponsors, but the entire team casts votes for the girl who will reign as queen. Again, in 1963 a tie resulted; therefore, two queens were crowned. Mr. Homecoming and his handsome court .were the featured attraction at the Homecoming Pep rally. Ronnie Fowler and Larry Runion stand beside King Tommy Henson while Billy Lane, Bruce Isenberg, Heyward Evans, Thomas Broome, and Wilson Childers sit at his feet. Everyone looks pleased as Mr. Carl Gibson awards Heyward Evans the trophy for Most Val– uable player of the Homecom– ing game. Great Falls pleased a large Homecoming crowd by cruising past Clover 19-0. Heyward Evans, winner of the trophy, starred in the game. The 1963 Homecoming Court.
