Faced with the "growing pains" that every group must undergo when there is the necessity for revamping the organization, the Red Devil Band came through with fly– ing colors and experienced a very success– ful year. Such success is to be largely at– tributed to the untiring efforts of Mr. Her– bert Gilliam.
