Senior Class President STEVE RIES has dis- played his leadership abilities throughout his high school career. Besides leadership Sieve has shown a real desire to better WHS through his participation in debate, declam, and student council. Steve's cheerful smile and friendly dis- position add to the things that make him a representative senior. KATHY LARSON has qualified for the honor of representative senior by maintaining a high scholastic average and excelling in many activ- ities. She was chosen as a Student of the Month and elected girl mayor for Student Government Day. Because of her genuine interest in others, Kathy is the type of person everyone is proud to have as a friend. Seniors of '62 At WHS wherever MARY ANN CORBIN is, there's bound to be fun! Mary Ann's bubbling personality and ready wit have contributed much to the gaiety of life at WHS. Activities such as future teachers, dramatics, and Masque and Thes- pians have also qualified Mary Ann for the honor of representative senior. Ability and leadership in the field of sports would be adequate to qualify DOUG STONE- BARGER for the honor of representative senior. But Doug, not satisfied to excel only in one area, is also active in WHS's music groups. Student Government Day and Kapers. Finally, Doug's winning personality and willing attituqe mark him as a truly well-rounded individual. RUSS PRICE. a consistent member of the honor roll, has added much to the prestige of WHS through his participation in sports and his ex- cellent all-around attitude in school. Russ has shown his talent in the all-school plays and music groups. Russ, then, has all the qualities which make him a representative senior. 33
