py GILMORE The golf team, led by Eric Pyle andGreg Van Beusekomhad prepared even before August to work towards victory for the regu– lar season. Former phenomenon Kevin Morrisey boasts, "I think this year is going to be our break– through season." Coached by Danny Nowell, the team received many helpful hints on how to help improve their game. The team played most of their matches at Forrest Crossings and practiced daily to work on their game strat– egies to get ready for rivals such as Brentwood and Centennial. Many thought Franklin had a very promising team in store for the next couple of years because of the many young guns who were expected to step up with the im– provement of their game.
