Larry Flower Tackle Senior 190 lbs. 1 letter Leslie Frazier End Senior 164 lbs. 1 letter Kingsville-0 Brownsville-32 The Kingsville Brahmas played their worst game of the season on October 7, being de– feated by the Brownsville Eagles 32-0 on the Eagles' home field. Brownsville was in command all the way, scoring once in the first quarter .. twice in the second, and twice in the fourth. Captains for the Rame were Jerry Ryan and Denny Marsters. Kingsville-? McAllen-14 Scoring on a desperation pass in the last thirty seconds of the game, the McAllen Bulldogs broke a 7-7 tie and defeated the Brahmas 14-7 in McAllen October 14. The Bulls produced the game's first score when Jack Whitaker went over from the one-yard line. Woodall kicked the extra point. A few minutes later, however, Mc– Allen scored to tie the score, 7-7. The third quarter produced several Brahma threats but no score. In the last minute of play, aMcAllen pass was good for 45 yards and the winning score.
