Booster Club Boosting that which needed boosting -Filling up a bleacher section that not even an active feminist dared enter- Cheering, yelling in– coherently- Led by the mighty Mascot- Helping the Vikings on to victory in their own "special" way. Cross Country Fourteen loyal members- Beginning at the crack of dawn- Running miles daily, two hours at least- The Viewmont Cross County Team - Headed by captains Brad Squire and Greg McKenna- Sweaty T– shirts, holey tennis shoes- Sprint– ing around the trails at Mueller Park and Centerville Canyon– Practice, practice- All geared to– wards one thing- Competing, winning - Lungs bursting, jelly legs - Making that second effort - But endurance proved successful- Six wins, two losses- Region Two Cross Country 1973-74 Champs. 89
