Dr. T. 0. Smith Superintendent of Schools Board of Education Superintendent T. 0. Smith and the Ogden City Board of Education have maintained a superior educational program for their students. The Board 's primary responsibility was of– fering the students an enriched curriculum. This was done by providing accelerated courses in mathematics and science, and television instruction in history and foreign languages.
