Tiger Highlights, Ogden High's paper, was published monthly by the journalism class. Each issue was a storehouse of infor– mation about school activities. In addition to school news and editorials, it featured articles about the accomplishments of out– standing students. Students' contributions of news, an exchange column of spicy bits from other schools, and the magazine in– serts of the Scholastic Roto were included. The paper was largely financed from the sale of ads to various local businesses. The publication of the Tiger Highlights gave students experience in business, in human relations, and in written communication.
