Guilds Ogden High's Radio Gudd, one of the largest in the state, was designed to assist those interested in radio operation to gain a better knowledge of the radio and to ob– tain their "ham" licenses. During the year, guild members visited places of interest to observe electronic equipment. By the use of their 1000 watt transmitter, they were often able to talk with "hams" of foreign countries. Utah General Depot recognized the guild as one of the most outstanding groups in the Western States.
