Kenneth Mills American History, World History Mr. David Lund American Problems, 38 World History IS • e e Ogden High 's Social Science instructors taught the valuable subjects of World History, American History, American Problems, Business Law, and Psychology. Through the study of current events, civics, and politics, the students enrolled in these courses learned the im– portance of becoming good citizens, and participating actively in government affairs. Students were also made aware of the necessity for all democratic and free coun– tries to live and work together cooperatively. A group of selected students attended the Model United Nations As– sembly at Salt Lake City where they represented the country of Japan. This experience broadened their knowl– edge of international relations. These studies have helped mold the leaders of tomorrow and prepared them to meet the problems they may encounter.
