62 Junior Officers In the closing weeks of the preceding school year, the Sophomores elected three of their class– mates to be their officers for the present year. These officers represented their class at activities at other schools, to which they were invited. The president was a member of the Executive Council where he represented the interests of the class. By their enthusiasm in encouraging the class to support school functions, they were a determining factor in the successes of the year.
