Bill Goodwin Susan Hess Special Recognition Jane Decker entered the Voice of Democracy contest sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Jone Decker Scott Messmore was elected vice pres– ident of the State Student Council and represented West Virginia on o tour of Washington, D. C. Scott Messmore Bill Goodwin and Susan Hess en– tered the Elk's Leadership con– test. Bill won first place in the State and Susan come in second in the local contest.
