The team opened against Fulton after only twelve days of practice and handily defeated them 5 to 40. Then Morri ville, Auburn, ew York Military Academy and again Morri ville were taken by the mooth-working Cadets. The first defeat came at the hand of 0 wego in a do e and exciting game in the opponent's home town. The team recovered to beat a trong team from t. Anthony' , 33 to 30, and fo:Jowed up by taking Oswego in a return game. In the unsucces ful Camillus game, Bill O'Donnell suffered a sprained ankle which put him out of commission for the next five games. The Cadets then lost two games to an older and more experienced team from the Cortland Nor– mal Junior Var ity. Following thi we lost two games to a very fast and brilliant outfit from Mont Pleasant High chool of chenectady. The Cadet then dropped a do e one to Little Falls High chool and one to ottingham High chool of yracu e. In the final game of the ea on the adets faced ew York Military Academy agam. .Y.M.A. took thi one after a hard-fought battle on their own court.
