Wood , Pre ton, Bi hop TENNIS THE TENNJ TEAM got off to an early start this year, with many likely candidate rep rt– ing for practice, under Lieutenant Jenks. Four member of last sea on's quad "\\ere back and the outlook was promising. For the opening encounter and highlight of the year, the team traveled to ew York Military Academy, where they defeated .Y.M.A. in a \ery do e and hard-fought match. The following week the team met the yracuse champions, ttingham High hool. Though all members played splendid tennis, they were unable to win. Becau e of poor weather conditions, the team wa held to nly three more appearance , a return match with ottingham and two again t Norwich.
