Competition
The tennis team completed a very
successful season behind the leadership of
top seeded Wayne Hearn this year. Hearn,
top si xteen year old in the state, was
backed up by Joe Fry. Mike Maclaughlin,
and ninth-grader Ben TereII. The two
closest matches were against Myers Park.
Coach Blanton lined his forces properly and
brought the team through with flying
colors.
