When an efficient member of the Traffic Squad tells you that, you obey. This squad was
organized to alleviate the confusion, caused by overcrowded conditions, and to assist in main–
taining order in the halls at passing time.

of a safety campaign in Elmira. Every day, in all kinds of weather, faithful fellows stand at
