The ability to communicate effectively

denotes a well-educated individual. There–

fore, teachers concentrated upon improv–

ing students' speaking ability, vocabulary,

and reading comprehension. Audio-visual

aids and varied reference material in–

creased students' attention and interest in

all classes. Text books, compositions,

speeches, and themes combined to produce

accomplished linguists. Through the use

of the language laboratory, scholars

came proficient in the use of French and

Spanish. Exerting great influence, the fac–

tion.
