As we sit in these classrooms , our minds lazily wander to the beginning of our h1gh
school days . It seems as though
it
were yesterday we started our journey together.
In the fall of 1956 we found ourselves as Freshmen approaching our most interesting
years of school. We met many new friends , including for the first time those from
Thompson High School.

much elated with being sophomores .
It
was great
excitement for us , knowing that it was the real beginning of high school days .

The year of 1958-59 brought much activity . We sponsored a Valentine Dance, a
St . Patrick ' s Day Dance , and a May Dance for the purpose of raising money for the big-
gest event of our school days thus far , the Junior Prom. As Juniors, our Class introduced
the popular Bill Kimble Record Hops to S. C . H. S .
