BILL LAWSON

Sen1or co-captain Bill Lawson closed out a fine career

as o three year starter this season. A fine shot who is

especially effective in close, Bill's finest performance

was this year's Buckhannon game, when he scored

33 points and grabbed 20 rebounds as the Bears won

in overtime in the "grudge game." A tower of strength

under the boards, Bill was rewarded with o first team

berth on the All-Big Ten Conference Team. His presence

will be sorely missed next year.

DAVID CLARK

Dave is our other senior co-captam who ended a three

year veteran career for the Polar Bears this season.

The team "quarterback," Dave is the man who sets

up the offense and makes the team go. A deadly shot

from long range and on excellent middle men on the

fast broke, Dave's best game was the Victory game

when he was a junior, when he scored 34 points. Dove

was a first team selection on the All-Big Ter. Conference

Team.
