After blessing the ground, Bishop Joseph ~lc hca
of the Allen tel\\ n atholic Diocese turned the first
spade of earth, followed by the Very Reverend John
J. Conmy, Provincial of the Oblates of St. Francis
de ales, and the Very Reverend John S. Dooling,
president of the Allentown College of t. Francis de
Sales in Center \'alley. The first collegt• buildings
"ill be a faculty residence hall, chapel and academic
building. The college will be at the service of the
