THE POWER OF THOUGHT
This year's Mathletes
team, under the direc–
tion of Mr. Vianese, com–
pleted another competi–
tive season with varied
success. The ten teams
of the league competed
monthly in the larger
schools in the area. The
members of the team
worked well together as
well as individually.
Composed mainly of jun–
iors, the team is looking
forward to a more suc–
cessful season next year.
The Chess Club com–
peted against many
schools in the Southern
Tier this year. The
schools were both junior
and senior high schools.
Under the guidance of
Mr. Munley, this year's
team did a fine job,
showing an enjoyment of
the game as well as com–
petition.
