Cafeteria funct ions, under a stale school lunch program, are efficiently
managed by Mrs. Marjorie Morgan, trained dietitian, assisted by four other adults
and eight part-time students.
Besides two complete meals every day, the staff offers a Ia carte items to
supplement students' home lunches. This staff also handles culinary chores for
teas, banquets and parties.
The Injun tepee is kept spic and span by our maintenance staff consisting of
five adult men. Each worker is assigned to a specific part of the building for which
he is responsible.
