In the past three years we have come a long way.
We have learned a great deal through various experi–
ences , but while we were learning , we were also build–
ing memories . There have been many tears shed, but
there has also been a great deal of laughter. By living
together, we have learned to share these things, and
look forward to sharing more in the future .
Can we ever forget our initiation into the school?
We were very sleepy looking freshmen , shivering
when an upperclassman spoke . Before long , we could
look back and laugh at all this. The ghost stories
Madge would tell - the parties in the third floor
library - those little episodes in that end room on
the third floor , and , of course , the snowball fights be–
tween floors followed by the singing of hymn 416 in
chapel were frequent occurrences. This , our Freshman
year, leaves us with fond thoughts.
As we progressed into our second year , we added
more to our memory book . This was the year they
tagged "that" and "those" to our class name . There
were some pretty rough days. but these were quickly
overshadowed by good times . There were more snow–
ball fights . softball games, ping -pon9 ·;·ournaments.
and the trials and tribulations leading up to our class
play. It was about this time that we started our
affiliations. Some went to Triboro . and although one
couldn ' t say the experience was really enjoyable . there
are things that will never be forgotten. Then . of
course. there was Middletown - oh well! When it
comes to Middletown we all have our own individual
memories . but there are still many we share. "Tracy,
do you th ink the chicken is quite done?"- ''Bev,
