hile most students stayed home October 29, yearbook staff members worked toward
deadline, and some like Brian Davis watched their favorite

Juniors enter ' search for
tomorrow'
All my children searched for
tomorrow's guiding light as
teens tuned their tubes to
summer soap sorrows.
Many students got caught
up in the never-ending lives
and heartaches of those
afternoon hearthrobs and
heartbreakers.
The three networks have
presented yet another lineup of
real tearjerkers. But there's
only one life to live, and it's
just one of the days of our
lives in our long search for
tomorrow.
VVhen the young and
restless tune in and tear up,
it's a battle of the networks.
VVhich is the juiciest? the
saddest? the most involved?
Answer: All of the above.
Never in the history of TV
has a soap opera been
presented in which at least
one person dies or contracts a
terminal body disorder in a
period of two months.
