This year has been a

very active and produc–

tive one for the Junior

High choruses. A Christ–

mas and Spring concert

was held for the public

as well as Jr. High and

elementary

school

assemblies. Twenty-five

students were selected

as members of the

Broome County Jr. High

Chorus.

The Eighth Grade Cho–

rus has departed from

tradition by taking its

show on the road and

performing for several

extra-school and com–

munity functions.

Officers for the Eighth

Grade Chorus this year

were: President - Dale

Cross, Vice-President–

Sheri Barnhill, Secretary

- Laurie Trebilcock,

Treasurer - Mary Jane

MacGregor.

The Seventh Grade

officers include: Secre–

tary-Treasurer - Darisa

Gallaher, Michelle Fer–

ranee.

The Junior High Art

Club met each week to

explore the world of art.

The members of this

club showed an interest

in the many aspects of

drawing, painting, and

sketching. The students

involved in this group

wanted to go further

than just the ten-week

course provided by the

school. These young

people showed talent

and promise to be artists

of the future.
