CONCERT CHOIR
Under the direction of Mr. Houck the select
fifty-voice concert choir had a busy year. First,
Owego played host to the All-County Chorus in
which
it
was also well represented. Then, the
group practiced long and hard for the Christmas,
March, and May concerts as well as for programs
given for local civic organizations and area
churches. In the spring the group began work for
the N.Y.S.S.M.A. Contest. Finally the Concert
Choir presented BROADWAY IN REVIEW, a pro–
duction which included selections from GIG!,
BRIGADOON, MY FAIR LADY, and PAINT YOUR
WAGON. All in all,
it
was a mostmemorableyear.
