LORI OGLESBEE was editor

of the 1980 Rebelaire, having

been on the staff for one year

and attended various yearbook

conventions and workshops in–

cluding CSPA in New York City.

She was a delegate to Couchdale

Leadership Training Camp as a

representative of Y-Teens for

whom she served as vice

president in her senior year. Lori

was a member of Quill and Scroll,

150/Who's Who

Anchor Club, National Honor

Society, and FCS. As a so–

phomore, she was a member of

Octagon, Rebelettes, and FBLA.

Prior to her senior year, she

attended a yearbook camp at

SLU and was part of the staff

that won a trophy for Best

Theme Development. Her plans

include a career in broadcast

journalism beginning with sum–

mer enrichment at NLU.

In his senior year,MARK

PERKINS was president of

Theatre-Forensics Squad, where

he had been selected as out–

standing actor for the previous

two years. Mark , who was a

participant and champion in more

than 12 tourneys, was a state

qualifier in duet and dramatic

interpretation. He was selected

as a delegate to Boys' State and

was invited to return as a

counselor

graduation.

Mark won the Voice of Demo–

cracy contest in his junior year.

He served as business manager

of the Rebel Dispatch and was

a member of Thespian Troupe

442 , Quill and Scroll, and

National Honor Society, where he

was

elected

as

publicity

chairman.

President of Rebel Choir,

TROY BOSTICK was a three–

year member of Choir where he

served as business manager in

his junior year. He earned two

superior ratings in solo festival

and was a member of Ensemble.

Troy was chaplain of National

Honor Society, business manager

of FCS, and a member of the

Rebel football team, Interact,

FCA, and Octagon. He also

represented FBLA in the current

events category in the district

rally. Troy' s plans include a

pre-dentistry major at NLU.

With a desire to work with

children, JANET WESTBROOK

plans a career in either elemen–

tetry or special education at NLU

or Tech. Janet, who was a

member of the tennis team, was

secretary of the Spanish Club.

She was also a member of FCS,

National Honor Society, Anchor

Club, and Octagon.
