Seniors Spend
Time
Reminiscing
When we close our school books for the last
time in June, we will all feel a sense of loss.
Not the loss of knowledge of things such as
math or science, but the gnawing
realization that we, the graduating class of
1979, will never again be together as a
group. No matter what we promise our
friends, we will all lose touch eventually.
The familiar faces and places of our school
days will fade in our minds until years to
come when we will think back in a fond
burst of nostalgia. Only then can we
comprehend what twelve years of
education really were. Now as we face the
cold, cruel world with nothing but our
individuality, and when we feel alone and
helpless, we can take comfort in knowing
that as long as we can beckon to our
memories, we will always be together.
