ere were several fund-raising projects
to help pay for prom expenses. Carnations
were sold prior to Christmas and on
Valentine's Day. There was aT-shirt sale
in the fall which was overwhelmingly
popular. Several dances and discos were
also sponsored during the year.
The Council also played a major role in the
NCASC Convention which was held at
South Mecklenburg in the fall .
