Politically speaking, this year has been a busy one for the
G.O. When the City Fathers decided to cut the school bud–
get, the G.O. turned out in force to picket. A new G.O.
constitution was voted upon recently. Except for a dubious
prohibition clause, the Council is confident that the constitu–
tion can be successfully implemented this year.
