Physical Fitness
As the first step in an advanced wellness
and weight lifting program, students en–
rolled in LifetimeWellness classwhere they
learned the skills and tips of leading a
healthy life. This class provided a founda–
tion of exercise knowledge for students to
use throughout their life. Many students
decided to augment their knowledge of the
human body and enrolled in Weight Lifting
and Kinesiology classes. For those truely
interested
in
improving their physical fit–
ness, an after school weight lifting program
offered the opportunity. Other students
relaxed after school by loosing themselves
in a game of basketball. Whether training
for a sport, improving self-image, or de–
stressing from a long day, many Rebels
found themselves in the
gym.
