After an ordinary
school day, students en–
joyed their free timeand par–
ticipated in a variety of clubs
and activities. More often
than not, many students had
some sort of part-time, after
school job to make a little
extra pocket money. After
seven hours of taking notes,
performing labs, and pass–
ing tests, many Rebels
prefered just to relax. "I like
to go home, lay down, and
fall asleep after school," said
RyanStout. In fact, sleepwas
one of the most popular af–
ter school activities enjoyed
bythestudentbody. Those
not lucky enough to have
time for a nap went to band
practice, club meetings, ath–
letic practices, or other
events.
Whether it was
lounging on the couch in
front of the tube or sweat–
ing on the field, Rebels
made the most of the pre–
cious hours after the 2:30
bell.
