J.V. Boys Team
Works With
Determination
The J.V. boys basketball team finished
their season with eleven victories and nine
losses. Coached by Herb Davis, the team's
most exciting victory was against Harding,
however , their most exciting defeat was
against Garinger when they were down by
ten points and in fifty seconds they came
back and lost by only four points. Two of
the team's most skilled players, Brad Price
and Wendell Similton, had good seasons,
and both were assets to the team. The J. V.
Sabres worked with determination and
look promising for next year 's Varsity.
