s
many organizations is Art Club.
Art Club this year consisted of
hard working students interested
in advancing art appreciation in
the school and community. To
achieve this purpose, the club
sponsored art shows at 0. F. A.
for the student body and the com–
munity. Art Club also sponsored
other activities such as bakesales
and dances to provide funds for
trips to outside art shows.

FUTURE TEACHERS
This year Future Teachers
1
Club was more active than ever
before. The prospective teachers
raised money to buy books for a
small library, maintained for their
own use. As a service to the
school they sponsored a used-book
sale. Then, to understand the pro-·
blems of teaching, the seniors in
the group participated in a one day
student teaching project. They
actually worked in elementary
school classrooms.
