Even though only seven out
of thirteen cheerleaders retumed
this
year:fromlastyear's squad, the
team remained strong and still
maintainedtheirstuntingskillsand
abilities. At camp this summer,
Sydney Jones led their squad into
winning
theLeadershipAward and
the team was crowned Camp
Champs. Sydney Jones, Jessica
Martin, andRobyn Brownalso had
the honorofmakingtheAll-Ameri–
can Cheerleading Squad. Football
player Justin Bradford said, 'The
cheerleadersareabighelpingames.
They get the crowd pumped up, so
it helps us play better." With their
tradition and timeless appeal, this
year's cheerleaders put a litle sugar
and spice into athletics.
