Rally Around
the Mat
These thirteen tough men that make up
most everyweight class, from featherweights to
heavyweights, have had a very successful sea–
son. The teamwent as second place to regionals
this year which proved to be a difficult feat
since as Chelsea Gross states, "They haven't
been to regionals as far back as I and many
others can remember."
It
seems the upperclass–
men could feel this coming from the beginning
because of the great talent the freshmen all the
way to the seniors have.
It
was not just talent
that took these guys this far though, it was a
grueling practice schedule. They practiced
three days a week as a team but many
tiYmbl~ractice
at the local
"Y."
This prepared them for the
mulitple matches over the season and led to
many wins.
