When trying out for basketball
cheerleading, the girls knew that they would be
making an enormous commitment. A lot of
time and work was put into cheering on their
fellow Rebels. ot many people realized just
how hard these girls worked. They attended
gymnastics at Premier Cheerleading on Mon–
days and sometimes cheered three or four games
a week. These girls sometimes had to give up
their Saturdays to cheer for the basketball play–
ers at tournaments. "Cheerleading is very
time consuming, s

bonded together and the upperclassmen helped
the new squad members get a feel of what the
upcoming season was going to be like."
