The Beta Club
Honors Success
The National Beta Club strove to promote
scholarship, leadership, and good citizen–
ship among its members. Inductions held in
November brought new students into this
highly recognized honors club. Worthy
character , outstanding attitude, and
significant achievements were all neces–
sary for a student to become a member.
Projects were held throughout the year to
involve the members in various services to
the school and community. The year was
begun with a very successful money–
raising doughnut sale. A progressive dinner
was also held to introduce new members
into the club. Advisors Mrs. Jones and Mr.
Curtis supervised all activities of the Beta
Club.
